Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Property Administrator to support our expanding Block and Estate Property Management team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working across multiple tasks and properties,
Full training and support will be provided to transition into the role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the block management team
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence from leaseholders, contractors, and clients
- Maintain accurate property records, databases, and filing systems
- Assist with the preparation and distribution of service charge budgets and statements
- Support the organisation of AGM/EGM meetings, including preparing notices and minutes
- Process invoices and assist with financial administration where required
- Ensure all documentation complies with relevant regulations and company procedures
Requirements:
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional and customer-focused approach

* At times you may will be required to take minutes at AGMs this will require you to drive , you must have a full driving licence and own a car.

Monday - Friday - 8.30am-5.00pm
