J*We are seeking a reliable and motivated Fulfilment & Warehouse Assistant* to join a busy and growing operation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in accuracy, and thrives in a fast-moving warehouse environment.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring products are picked, packed, and dispatched efficiently while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and organisation.

Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Complete warehouse and fulfilment duties in line with company procedures
- Organise stock and materials to maximise operational efficiency
- Ensure products are prepared and dispatched on time
- Follow packaging, quality and safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve daily targets
- Report any non-conformances in accordance with company procedures
- Support additional warehouse activities as required
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfilment, logistics or manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Good organisational and prioritisation skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Commitment to health and safety standards
Desirable
- Forklift Truck (FLT) licence or experience
- Experience within FMCG, food production, manufacturing or distribution
- Knowledge of warehouse systems and stock control processes
