Window & Door Fitter — Self-Employed / Subcontractor
Greenmeadow Home Improvements is looking for a Window and Door Fitter with at least 1 year experience to help with installation work across South Wales.
This role is ideal for a reliable fitter who already has experience and wants extra weekend or part-time work, including Saturdays, Sundays, 1–2 days per week, or occasional weekend work depending on job availability and above average pay to compensate.
The work will include:
Fitting uPVC windows, composite doors, front and back doors, French doors, patio doors and bifold doors.
Removing old frames and doors.
Installing new products to a clean, professional standard.
Sealing, trimming, finishing and leaving jobs tidy.
Representing the company professionally when working at customers’ homes.
Requirements:
Previous experience fitting windows and doors is essential.
Must have own tools and suitable transport.
Must be reliable, punctual and able to work to a high standard.
Public Liability Insurance required or must be willing to arrange it.
Experience working to FENSA/CERTASS standards preferred.
Ability to work independently and solve problems on site.
Good communication with customers and the business.
