Day Shift
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Welder Fabricator to join a busy and growing manufacturing team based in Redditch.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who takes pride in producing high-quality fabrication and welding work within a fast-paced workshop environment.
- MIG welding on a range of fabricated components

Reading and working from engineering drawings
-
Fabricating and assembling metal components to specification
-
Measuring, marking out, and preparing materials
-
Carrying out quality checks to ensure finished products meet standards

Working safely and maintaining a clean working environment
- Previous experience as a Welder Fabricator

Strong MIG welding experience is essential

TIG welding experience would be advantageous

Ability to read and interpret technical/engineering drawings

Good attention to detail and ability to work independently
