The role of Office & Accounts Manager:
- Oversee daily office operations, manage supplies and facilities, coordinate suppliers and maintain records
- Organise meetings and travel, and ensure compliance with policies and health & safety
- Provide administrative support to leadership and assist with HR and recruitment processes
- Maintain financial records using QuickBooks
- Process invoices and expenses and reconcile accounts
- Manage payables and receivables and support month-end reporting
- Assist with VAT and compliance
The ideal Office & Accounts Manager:
- Experience in office management and bookkeeping or accounts
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to multitask
- Previous management experience
