You will be expected to communicate effectively with colleagues across the organisation, building positive working relationships that support a collaborative approach to service delivery. You will represent Bedspace professionally at all times, promoting the organisation's values, maintaining positive external relationships, and contributing to a high-quality service.
You will take ownership of your individual performance, working towards agreed objectives while actively supporting cross-functional working and contributing to projects and organisational initiatives where required. You will carry out all duties with due regard to equality, diversity, and inclusion, treating everyone fairly and with respect while ensuring consistently high standards of service.
