Junior Sous / Sous Chef required to join our Team
Contract : immediate to End October 2026

Work for partners : we have a vacancy for Housekeeper / KP - Would prefer couple or 2 x friends who can share a lovely static caravan onsite
You will assist and work closely in the kitchen Team, with some joint responsibility for managing aspects of the kitchen – compliance with legislation, food production, stock control, and importantly our small kitchen brigade. You will work closely alongside the Head Chef and Hotel Owner - we are a small friendly unit and require a friendly face who will fit in and care about the business.
5 Days on - 2 Days off with one long weekend every month
Accommodation available for the right candidate or travel allowance for persons living more than 12 miles away.
We are looking for someone with a "can do" attitude and an open willingness to be a reliable pair of hands to back up the Head Chef. Someone creative and works on menu ideas and daily specials with the team.
The food Brief will be : Hearty Pub / Country Inn Food focussed to tourists and the present economic challenges.

Fixed contract until end of October 2026
