About the Role
As a KS2 Teacher, you'll be responsible for delivering engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire pupils and help them achieve their full potential. You'll create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where children feel supported, challenged, and motivated to learn.
The successful candidate will:
- Deliver creative and engaging lessons across the KS2 curriculum.
- Plan, assess, and monitor pupil progress effectively.
- Create a positive learning environment with high expectations for behaviour and achievement.
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues.
- Support pupils' academic, social, and emotional development.
- Work collaboratively with year group teams and senior leaders to ensure the best outcomes for all learners.
What We're Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
- Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
- Strong classroom management skills and a positive approach to behaviour.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- A passion for delivering engaging lessons that inspire learners.
- Experience supporting pupils with SEND or SEMH is beneficial but not essential.
