Nursery Manager – Kingsbury, London NW9
Salary: Circa £45,000 per year (depending on experience and qualifications)
Hours: 40 hours per week over 5 days (4 days considered for the right candidate) | Shifts between 8:00am–6:00pm
Contract: Permanent, all year round
Please note: We cannot accommodate term-time or school-hours working.
We are excited to offer an opportunity for an experienced Nursery Manager to join our friendly nursery team in Kingsbury, London NW9.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate leader to oversee the day-to-day running of the nursery, ensuring the highest standards of care, education, safeguarding and compliance. The role is predominantly office-based and would suit an experienced Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager looking for their next long-term opportunity.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the nursery team effectively
- Ensure compliance with EYFS, safeguarding and regulatory requirements
- Create and implement engaging educational programmes
- Build positive relationships with parents, children and staff
- Manage budgets, resources and overall nursery operations
- Support staff development and maintain high standards across the setting
About You
- Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification (full and relevant)
- Previous experience as a Deputy Manager or Nursery Manager
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent knowledge of safeguarding and health & safety requirements
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Passionate about early childhood education and development
- Eligible to work in the UK
