A well-established and highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a Newly Qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join its growing team in Kent.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected practice with a strong local reputation, loyal client base and a genuine commitment to quality client service. The firm continues to grow steadily but remains focused on delivering a personal service rather than operating as a high-volume conveyancing environment.
The successful candidate will manage their own residential conveyancing caseload, with appropriate supervision and support, covering matters including:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- New build transactions
- Shared ownership matters
- Right to Buy transactions
- Transfers of equity
- Remortgages
Applications are welcomed from Newly Qualified Solicitors with residential conveyancing experience gained during training or post-qualification, who are looking to develop their career within a supportive and progressive firm.
