A new Team Therapist opportunity has arisen within the Oxfordshire Complex Needs Service - personality disorder service within Oxford Health.
The post holder will work with other staff to implement a high quality service for those diagnosable with personality disorder which includes participating in the delivery of our core group therapeutic treatment programme, assessing patients and developing treatment plans, as well as liaising with stakeholder organisations; to provide training, consultation and supervision to others working with this client group
Assessment of new referrals and diagnostic formulation to inform treatment plans
Treatment of patients using a variety of models according to clinical need and service approach e.g.: conducting/co facilitating groups using various therapeutic approaches such as psychoanalytic, CBT,
Action Methods and MBT etc
To work with and undertake clinical supervision according to the protocols of the service
To function as a key worker for a proportion of clients
