Role Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities
✅ Support the Nursery Manager in daily operations & maintaining high standards
Help deliver an engaging, high-quality curriculum
️ Ensure full compliance with regulations, health & safety standards
Lead, mentor & motivate your team
Enhance customer satisfaction & provide exceptional service to families
Assist with admin tasks (scheduling, payroll, recruitment)
Manage records & support financial planning
Required Qualifications:
Ideal Candidate
Level 3 qualification (or above) in Early Years Education
Experience in an early years setting
Leadership or supervisory experience (Assistant/Deputy Nursery Manager preferred)
Proven track record of delivering educational excellence
