Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Marine Electrician to join our growing team. The role involves working on leisure yachts and small commercial boats at Noss on Dart marina. Noss on Dart Marina is a modern flagship marina offering a high quality working environment on the beautiful setting of the River Dart. You will also be required to work off site at other locations and marinas locally and further afield in the South West.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys taking pride in their work, likes variety and practical engineering. Company van provided
What the Job Involves
- Installation of marine electrical systems
- Installation of marine electronic systems
- Fault finding and repairs to boats electrical and electronic systems
- Completing work to a high professional standard Experience
Essential Skills / Experience
- Experience as an Electrical/Electronics technician
- Good knowledge of DC and AC electrical systems
- Ability to work independently and manage offsite jobs
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Reliable, professional, and self-motivated
Desirable
- Marine electrical qualifications
- Experience with marine electrical and electronic brands
- Previous experience as a Marine Electrician
