The Role:
- Supporting students on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Assisting non-verbal pupils with communication and learning
- Working closely with class teachers and SENCO to implement tailored support plans
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
About You:
- Previous SEN experience is essential
- Patient, calm, and empathetic approach
- Confident working within a structured, specialised provision
- Able to commit to a long-term role with potential for a permanent position
