Job Summary:
- Setting up hire agreements and allocation of equipment, ensuring that all internal processes are followed
- Planning delivery and collection of equipment for internal delivery fleet
- Organising pre-hire inspections on equipment
- Monitoring status to ensure that all equipment on hire is compliant
- Accurately raising hire contracts ensuring the correct data is inputted into the system
- Liaise with Maintenance Team to ensure their activities remain on track
- Compiling and providing hire quotes for clients
- Supporting sales team to ensure that any specific customer requirements are available and/or develop new product offerings to our clients
- Ensuring that customers are at the informed of delivery/collection status
- Working closely with, and providing cover for the Depot Manager
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent attention to detail
- The ability to manage your own workload and meet strict deadlines
- Good teamwork and communication skills
Desirable Criteria:
· Experience in similar role / hire industry
· Computer literacy
