Job Overview
Barretts Nissan has an opportunity for a Service Advisor to join its expanding Aftersales Department in Canterbury Kent.
You will be representing one of the motor industry’s most iconic brands at an exciting time as they lead the way in luxury and innovation.
The successful applicant will be able to extend an exceptional level of customer service and deliver a ‘Customer First’ experience. You must have excellent communication skills, be well organised and be able to remain calm under pressure. Experience in the role is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.
Requirements:
· Previous/current customer service experience within the motor industry.
· Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to work well with others.
· Excellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to work to deadlines.
· Upselling experience as well as being comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
· Able to maintain customer service levels whilst meeting deadlines.
· A Full Clean UK Driving Licence is essential.
