Zero-Hours Contract (Event-Based Work)
The Halston is home to some of Carlisle’s most vibrant events, and we’re looking for enthusiastic, friendly people to join our Events Team as Bar Staff and Front of House Staff.
This is a zero-hour contract, working around our year-round events calendar. Shifts are primarily evenings and weekends, making it ideal for those who enjoy lively atmospheres, flexible work, and being part of a supportive, professional team. No previous experience is required - just a positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to get stuck in.
