Role Purpose
To assist in the goods in/ goods out process by providing hands on support with all warehouse functions.
The job
· Picking and packing outbound customer orders using our web-based order processing system.
· Loading and unloading our delivery vans - manual handling will be required.
· Move stock by hand, forklift or lifting gear.
· Checking inbound stock in line with the company goods in process.
· Providing top level customer service whilst delivering customer orders throughout the UK
· Ensuring the warehouse is always kept in an orderly and well organised state.
· You must be able to work well under pressure, and be a team player willing to pitch in with whatever is necessary.
· The successful candidate must have a full clean UK driving license.
· Counterbalance forklift certification is required (refreshed within last 3 years).

An energetic and self-motivated individual who is willing and able to be proactive and keep busy. If you are someone who can problem solve, and is not afraid to ask questions this may be the job for you. As a large part of this role is being out and about delivering to customers a clean driving license and impeccable customer service skills are non-negotiable.

Salary: £27,040/ annum
Pay: £13.45 per hour
