About the Role
This position is for weekend work, with the opportunity of overtime to cover holidays. We are looking for a compassionate, trustworthy and reliable Female Complex Care Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred care to our client that is living with complex health needs in her own home. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference by supporting the client to live safely, comfortably, and with dignity.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing a range of specialist and personal care tasks, including:
-Delivering safe, person-centred care in accordance with individual care plans.
-Supporting with oxygen therapy, monitoring equipment, and escalating concerns appropriately.
-Providing care for enteral (internal) feeding via a feeding tube (PEG or other prescribed enteral feeding system), including administering feeds, water flushes, and maintaining hygiene in line with clinical guidance.
-Using hoists and other moving and handling equipment safely, following manual handling procedures and risk assessments.
-Assisting with all aspects of personal care, including washing, dressing, toileting, continence care, oral care, and grooming while maintaining dignity and respect.
-Supporting with medication administration (where trained and competent).
-Monitoring and accurately recording observations, care provided, and any changes in health or well being.
-Maintaining a clean and safe environment.
-Providing companionship and emotional support.
-Working collaboratively with family members, nurses, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.

Pay: From £13.60 per hour
