About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and highly knowledgeable Property Manager to join our team based in Stirling. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional with extensive industry expertise to oversee and manage a diverse portfolio of residential properties.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of a property portfolio, ensuring high standards of service delivery
- Act as the main point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and safety standards
- Oversee maintenance and repair works, coordinating with approved contractors
- Manage tenancy agreements and renewals
- Ensure full compliance with Scottish property laws and regulations
- Handle tenant queries and resolve disputes professionally and efficiently
- Registering deposits and dealing with deposit disputes at the end of Tenancies.
Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of the property management industry, particularly within Scotland
- Proven experience in a Property Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of Scottish tenancy laws and compliance requirements
- Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple properties and priorities effectively
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
- Full UK driving licence preferred
Desirable Qualifications
- Professional accreditation (e.g., ARLA Propertymark or equivalent)
- Experience managing residential properties
