Cardiac Sonographer (Level 2 / Level 3) – Permanent Role
Location: Bermuda
Salary: $114,261 – $122,988 (Bermudan Dollars) + Relocation Package
Hours: 35 hours per week (shift work required)
Sanctuary Personnel is delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Cardiac Sonographer to join a well-established healthcare service in Bermuda on a permanent basis. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare examination rooms and ultrasound equipment in line with infection control and patient safety protocols
- Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout all sonography procedures
- Review patient medical history and relevant clinical information
- Confirm examination requests meet clinical necessity requirements
- Identify contraindications or any issues impacting the procedure
- Use correct positioning techniques and ergonomic practices to ensure accurate imaging and prevent injury
Requirements
Level 2 Sonographer (RDMS / RDCS)
- Minimum 2 years’ post-graduate experience
- Registration with ARDMS (or UK equivalent)
- Certification in one or more of the following:
- Abdomen
- OB/GYN
- Adult Echo
Level 3 Sonographer (RDMS / RDCS / RVT / RMSKS)
- Advanced certification with additional specialisms such as:
- Vascular
- Breast
- Musculoskeletal
- Paediatric or Fetal Echo
