Key Responsibilities
- Carry out vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard.
- Perform MOT tests in accordance with DVSA standards.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults.
- Complete vehicle inspections and identify any additional repairs required.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop.
- Deal with customers on a daily basis, providing updates and explaining repairs in a clear and professional manner.
- Offer honest advice and recommendations regarding vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Requirements
- Qualified MOT Tester.
- Proven experience as a Vehicle Mechanic/Technician.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Polite, friendly and approachable.
- Professional attitude and appearance.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a good work ethic.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Pay: £40,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
