The role:
You’ll handle a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to post-completion, including sales, purchases, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity. This is a senior role with real influence, ideal for someone looking to help shape the future of a high-performing team.
Experience with shared ownership schemes or affordable housing transactions will be a strong advantage.
What we’re looking for:
- Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2+ years’ PQE in residential conveyancing
- Confident managing your own caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong client care, communication, and technical skills
- Interest in mentoring junior team members and contributing to team growth
- Shared ownership or new build experience is highly desirable
