Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking for your next career move? We have an exciting opportunity with a highly regarded firm in Lytham, offering the chance to work on a varied caseload of residential property matters in a supportive and forward-thinking environment.
The Role:
- Handle a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including:
- Freehold and leasehold purchases, sales, and re-mortgages
- Transfers of equity and lease extensions
- New build and shared ownership transactions
- Work closely with estate agents, mortgage lenders, and clients to ensure smooth and efficient transactions
- Provide expert legal advice to clients and maintain strong professional relationships
- Use a Case Management System to manage workflow effectively
- Collaborate with other departments to generate new business opportunities
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years PQE in Residential Property / Conveyancing
- Strong communication and client care skills
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple cases
- Proficiency with case management systems and IT skills
- A commercial mindset and ability to contribute to business development
