We are seeking a friendly and professional Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation standards
- Greet guests warmly, take orders accurately, and deliver drinks promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and bar equipment
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies
- Manage cash transactions efficiently using the POS system
- Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and address any issues professionally
- Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy periods
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a similar hospitality or bar setting is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and responsible alcohol service
- Excellent serving skills with a friendly, personable manner
- Basic maths skills for handling payments accurately
- Good organisational skills with the ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as required by the establishment’s hours of operation

This is a part time role, shifts will be over the weekends. You must have previous experience with cocktails.

Pay: £12.21-£12.71 per hour
