Job Summary:
Solakta Digital Transformation & Technology Ltd is seeking a visionary and results-driven Vice President of Digital Transformation to lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives, technology modernization programs, business transformation strategies, and innovation efforts. What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute enterprise-wide digital transformation strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead digital modernization, automation, cloud migration, and business process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with executive leadership to identify opportunities for innovation and technology-driven growth
- Oversee digital transformation programs from planning through implementation and performance evaluation
- Drive organizational change management and technology adoption across business functions
- Establish performance metrics and monitor the effectiveness of transformation initiatives
- Evaluate emerging technologies and industry trends to support long-term business success
- Manage strategic technology partnerships, vendor relationships, and enterprise projects
- Support data-driven decision-making through digital tools, analytics, and technology solutions
- Recruit, mentor, and develop high-performing digital transformation and technology teams
Requirements:
- Experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, business transformation, enterprise solutions, or related executive roles
- Strong understanding of digital strategy, cloud technologies, automation, process optimization, and organizational change management
- Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives and technology programs
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, and decision-making abilities
- Ability to align technology initiatives with business growth and operational objectives
- Experience managing budgets, enterprise projects, and cross-functional teams
- Professional certifications or equivalent industry experience are advantageous but not essential

Pay: £10,500.00-£17,000.00 per month
