. This role requires a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those in our care, particularly for individuals with special needs such as dementia or those requiring hospice care.

Duties
- Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, dressing, and mobility support.
- Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary requirements.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Assist with heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring the safety and comfort of clients during transfers.
- Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties.
- Document care provided and report any changes in client condition to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
- Support clients with medication management as directed by healthcare providers.
- Engage clients in social activities and outings to promote mental well-being.
Experience
Candidates should possess experience in home care or similar settings, demonstrating a strong understanding of the needs of individuals requiring support. Experience in dementia care, hospice care, or childcare is highly desirable. A background in nursing or related fields is an advantage but not mandatory. The ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being able to work independently is essential for this role.
