Job Summary
We are seeking a confident, organised and friendly individual to join our Finance Team
as the main point of contact between our nationwide plant hire depot network, Head
Office and new customers. In this role, you will be the gateway to our organisation,
managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new customers. You will be
responsible for verifying documentation, ensuring strict regulatory compliance, and
providing a seamless, welcoming experience for our customers. You will need to be
comfortable working under pressure on occasion.
Responsibilities
- Completion of onboarding process for new customers, to include compliance checks in
- line with company policy
- Run corporate identity fraud checks
- Carry out financial due diligence on new business customers using Top Service and
- Credit safe.
- Carry out insurance validation checks and ensure these are renewed when necessary
- Liaising with existing customers to carry out annual account reviews
- Good communicator who is able to build close
Experience
- Proficient in Word and Excel - essential
- Experience with bluQube accounting software – preferable but not essential
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal - essential
- Proactive and team orientated - essential
- Highly numerate with attention to detail - essential
- Solid administrative background obtained in any type of account based role - essential
