ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a highly organised, proactive and adaptable Private Assistant to work directly alongside the CEO in a fast-paced and growing business environment.
This is not a standard office administration role. The successful candidate will work closely with the CEO across day-to-day operations, meetings, scheduling, recruitment coordination, business organisation and general executive support.
The role involves regular attendance at client meetings, site visits, networking events and business appointments, both in person and via Zoom. Every day is different and offers exposure to real business operations and decision-making.
This position is ideal for someone ambitious, professional, organised and eager to gain valuable long-term experience within a growing company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the CEO’s calendar, meetings and daily schedule
- Attending meetings, Zoom calls and business appointments alongside the CEO
- Coordinating communication with clients, contractors, suppliers and partners
- Supporting recruitment processes and interview coordination
- Assisting with travel arrangements and logistics
- Organising documents, reports and operational information
- Preparing meeting notes and follow-up actions
- Researching suppliers, subcontractors and service providers
- Supporting day-to-day business operations and administration
- Assisting with confidential business and personal matters professionally and discreetly
- Updating the News report according to WSJ, Economist.... every night
- Searching networking events and making a list every month
REQUIREMENTS
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A confident and outgoing personality
- Confidence interacting with successful professionals
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure work
- Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
- Comfortable working in fast-paced and changing environments
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Previous administrative or assistant experience is preferred
Language Requirement: Proficient in English
