BILTT is a Multi Academy Trust of specialist provisions, including Greys Education Centre, St John’s Special School, Grange Academy and Rivertree Free School.
Reporting to the HR Director as part of the Trust’s Central Team, the role will support the delivery of effective employee relations, people policies, and workforce practices, ensuring robust systems and procedures are in place across the Trust.
The successful candidate will balance responding to the day-to-day administrative HR needs of the Trust Schools, alongside working closely with headteachers and senior managers to support them in their leadership roles. You will bring to the role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to liaise with staff at all levels, along with a collaborative approach and genuine enthusiasm for teamwork.
This is a great opportunity for someone with previous HR experience, to join a busy HR team and would suit someone with a positive solutions-focused ‘can-do’ attitude.
Experience within an education or public sector HR role would be advantageous but is not essential. Applicants should have excellent levels of accuracy and attention to detail along with a relevant CIPD qualification.
