Job Summary

Duties
- Provide high-quality care and education to children in the nursery setting.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues to build strong relationships.
- Observe and assess children's progress, documenting their achievements and areas for improvement.
- Manage daily routines, ensuring that all children are safe, happy, and engaged.
- Support children’s emotional and social development through positive interactions.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to create a harmonious nursery environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the nursery space.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- A genuine passion for childcare and the ability to manage diverse needs of children effectively.
- Knowledge of safeguarding and keeping children safe
