The Opportunity
A rare hybrid role with a growing property investment and development company based in
Primrose Hill. This position blends
hands‑on residential property management with a clear pathway into
development analysis, research, and project support. You'll work directly with the Company Director, gaining exposure across the full investment lifecycle.
This is ideal for someone with
at least two years of UK residential property management experience who wants broader responsibility and long‑term progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Residential Property Management — First point of contact for tenants, managing maintenance, compliance, renewals, and contractor coordination across a UK portfolio.
- Development Research — Support early‑stage investment research, due diligence, and comparable analysis.
- Project Support — Track development milestones, liaise with consultants, and assist with reporting.
- Financial Analysis — Build Excel capability over time, progressing from basic yields to structured appraisals.
- Office & Tech Management — Oversee systems, digital tools, and support the rollout of new property software.
- Director Support — Light PA duties including travel, admin, and correspondence.
What You Need
- Minimum two years' hands‑on UK residential property management experience — essential and non‑negotiable.
- Strong organisational ability and confidence dealing with tenants, trades, and compliance.
- Numerate, analytical mindset with solid Excel skills.
- High digital literacy and active use of AI tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Full UK driving licence.
Desirable
- Exposure to commercial property.
- Experience with lease renewals or rent reviews.
- Familiarity with property software such as Arthur Online or Re-Leased.
- Degree in property, real estate, geography, finance, or similar.
