Job Summary
We are seeking a diligent, flexible and reliable Evening Cover Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring a welcoming and safe space for all. This role requires strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
Duties
- Cover cleaning at different sites - cover for holidays, sickness and absences
- Flexible to travel to Burton, Derby, Swadlincote, Ashby, Tamworth etc
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and communal spaces
- Dust, mop, vacuum, and sanitise surfaces to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Dispose of waste and ensure recycling procedures are followed
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure satisfaction with cleaning services
Time-Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- Occasional Saturday's if required
- Afternoon/Evening shifts - flexible to discuss timings
- Casual contract - no fixed hours
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a cleaning role is essential
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English
- A valid driving licence is a must for transportation between sites
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
