Precision Polymers UK are a Lincoln based company that have been established for over 120 years and are now part of the Michelin group. We are an engineering solutions provider offering advanced Silicone and Organic rubber products for a wide range of diverse applications including automotive, mining, agricultural and construction industries.
We are seeking reliable individuals to become part of the manufacturing team as operatives responsible for the manufacture of class leading organic rubber hose products.
Essential Individual expectations

· The ability to follow written instruction and basic engineering drawings
· This is a shift based role that will require flexibility in working patterns
Desirable skills but not essential
· Experience in the manufacturing of silicone and Organic hose products
· Previous experience working in a FMCG environment
· Familiar in the use of ERP software for the booking in/out of material and parts.
· Familiarity of Continuous improvement processes and 5S culture
· Computer literate
· Familiarity of a ‘right first time’ approach.
Pay Rates
Start at £12.71 per hour for day shift (rising to a minimum of £13.37 on successful completion of probation, depending on role), extra £1.39 if on shift work or extra £3.10 if on night shift (the night shift premium will depend on successful completion of the probation period and skills acquired).
