MICE Concierge Ltd is a leading event services company based in Central Bedfordshire, specialising in the successful planning and delivery of in-person, virtual, and hybrid events for associations and corporate clients.
Our comprehensive service offering includes onsite registration and badging, congress accommodation management, venue sourcing, pre-event registration platforms, conference app production, exhibition management, speaker and abstract management, event websites, and full meeting management.
We work extensively with EventsAir across all our services and are proud to be the only Gold Partner for EventsAir at Enterprise level in the EMEA region.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Conference & Events Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will take the lead with client relationships and manage the end-to-end delivery of the full suite of our event services, ensuring projects are delivered on time, to specification, and in line with agreed quality standards. An essential element of the role is managing and developing strong relationships with clients.
This is an office-based role with hybrid working, available once training has been completed.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality event services, including; onsite check-in and badging services, pre-event registration services, attendee apps, speaker management, abstract management, exhibitor management, hybrid conference management, virtual conference hosting and production, accommodation management and venue sourcing.
- Handling all client discussions and leading assigned projects from start to finish.
- Building event platforms using EventsAir
- Running onsite check-in and badging desks in the UK and overseas (as required)
- Upselling additional services to enhance delegate and client experiences
- Communicating clearly and effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
About You
You will be an experienced proactive and highly organised events professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing multiple projects simultaneously. You'll have experience of account management and be able to demonstrate exceptional customer service skills. You'll probably have worked with one of the main event tech platforms and if you've got hands on experience of using EventsAir then that would be an advantage.
Essential experience and skills:
- 2–3 years’ experience project managing in-person and hybrid events
- Account management
- Exceptional customer service in a B2B environment
- Familiarity with EventsAir or other enterprise level event technology platform is an advantage but not essential.
- Strong project management and organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client and supplier relationships
- Proven time-management, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to commute to the office (hybrid working considered post-training)

Pay: From £36,000.00 per year
