Based on the industrial estate in Coleshill, CWC is a family run business - established in 1900 Central Wheel Components are the largest supplier of Motorcycle Wheel Rims and spokes in Europe, we stock over 20,000 rims and 500,000 spokes for all types of motorcycles. We are currently looking for someone to run and expand our online sales. Applicants should be self motivated with good communications skills, and have experience in working with Shopify and eBay.
We currently have two websites, www.smpro.co.uk and www.central-wheel.co.uk, as well as an eBay store. We have experienced huge growth in online sales over the past couple of years, and we're looking for someone to continue this trajectory.
Job Type - Full Time
Hours. 8.30am-5.00pm - Monday-Thursday. 8.30am-4.00pm Fridays.
Overtime is optional and often available.

Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring that new products are accurately listed on all eCommerce platforms with correct imagery, content and pricing, and that these listings are regularly maintained.
Conducting regular price checks to ensure product prices remain competitive.
Researching and responding to competitor activity/pricing to protect/enhance market share.
Admin tasks to be completed accurately and on time to maintain positive feedback, including; refunds, returns, customer escalations.
Monitor and reply customer feedback across all marketplaces.
On-line marketing & E-mail campaigns.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience with building a Shopify store.
Basic knowledge of the products we offer.
Ability to work independantly.
Excellent spelling and grammar.
