HGV Driver / Yard Operative – Irvine
We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated HGV Driver / Yard Operative to join our team based in Irvine.
Key Responsibilities:
Transporting and moving engines and equipment safely around site and between locations as required.
Carrying out vehicle and equipment checks.
Assisting with the day-to-day organisation and upkeep of the yard.
Loading, unloading and positioning engines and machinery.
Maintaining a clean, safe and efficient working environment.
Supporting workshop and operational teams with general yard duties.
Requirements:
Valid HGV Class 1
Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card.
Good understanding of vehicle safety and compliance requirements.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
Forklift experience would be advantage but is not essential.
Competitive rate of pay.
Full-time, permanent position.
Location: Irvine
