Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Live In Supervisor to support our hospitality and food service operations. Responsibilities
- Serve guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive hotel dining and drinks experience
- Work front and back of house
- Maintain high service stations
- Provide excellent guest services by addressing enquiries promptly and professionally
- Manage phone etiquette when taking reservations or responding to guest inquiries
- Assist with setting up event spaces or dining areas as needed
- Ensure adherence to food safety standards and health regulations at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality, restaurant service, or hotel environments is preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide excellent guest services
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Good organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Friendly demeanour with excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
- Basic culinary skills or previous kitchen experience is desirable but not essential
- Flexibility to work full-time hours across weekdays; weekend availability is a plus
