An office based customer service advisor is required for Hunters' long-established and friendly call handling client.
Temp to Perm position - Permanant placement offered after 12 weeks successful temporary assignment
Accessible via public transport, free onsite parking is available.
Customer Service - the job
- Calling and scheduling in deliveries
- Answering incoming calls
- Placing orders onto internal system
- Ad hoc administration duties
Customer Service - the fit
- Enthusiastic with an excellent phone manner
- Enjoy speaking with new and existing customers (non-sales role)
- Previous experience within an office/call centre environment is desirable
- Ability to pick up new tasks quickly
- This role is to start asap
- Happy to have a basic DBS taken out (paid for you)
