We are partnering with our client to recruit a Project Coordinator to support the delivery of rooftop solar PV projects across the Midlands region.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in project coordination, construction, infrastructure, or renewable energy who enjoys supporting complex projects and working with multiple stakeholders.

- Support project managers with planning, scheduling, and project tracking

Coordinate communication between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams

Maintain project documentation, reports, and progress updates

Coordinate procurement logistics and equipment deliveries

Schedule site visits, inspections, and project meetings

Support site teams and monitor project progress

Assist with risk tracking and issue resolution

Support quality assurance and compliance activities

Build effective relationships with stakeholders and project teams
- Experience in project coordination or project administration

Background within renewable energy, utilities, construction, or infrastructure preferred

Strong organisational and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Familiarity with project management tools and reporting processes

Solar PV experience beneficial but not essential
