Maternity Leave cover - early July 2026 to end of April 2027
Experience working in a retail environment is preferred but not essential as full training will be given
Due to the nature of this role, you must be over 18
This position is as follows:-
Monday morning - 05.30 - 12.30 - 7 hours
Tuesday morning - 07.00 - 14.30 - 7.5 hours
Job Description
- The position is part-time to cover Maternity Leave
- Flexibility to help cover holidays and sickness is a strong requirement (which may include week-ends)
- Serving fuel and goods to customers, with main role and responsibility being the health and safety of the forecourt.
.You will be required to undertake general stocking and cleaning duties, receiving deliveries and other ad hoc jobs as requested by your manager. Your role will also include the safe sale of fuel and other age restricted products, as well as other shop goods.
· Most of the time will be spent working in contact with the general public, so a need to be a good communicator is essential as is having an enthusiastic and positive attitude, with a strong ability to work well as both part of a team or individually in a high paced work environment.
· You will always be required to work to our health and safety standards, following all company policies.
· Able to use your own initiative to problem solve issues that may arise throughout your shift and contacting the correct on call member of staff with any emergencies.
Pay: £12.80 per hour
