Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and professional Golf Course Marshall to ensure an enjoyable and safe experience for all visitors. The successful candidate will oversee the smooth flow of play, assist guests, and uphold the high standards of our golf course. Duties
- Monitor and manage the pace of play to ensure efficient utilisation of the course
- Greet guests warmly and provide information about course rules and facilities
- Enforce golf course regulations in a courteous manner to maintain safety and order
- Assist players with directions, club handling, and resolving any issues during play
- Coordinate with management to schedule tee times and manage bookings
- Support hospitality services by ensuring guests have a positive experience throughout their visit
- Handle any guest concerns promptly, escalating issues when necessary
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation around the course and clubhouse areas
Requirements
- Previous experience in management, hospitality, or guest services is desirable
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under pressure
- Strong organisational skills to coordinate tee times and oversee course flow
- A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences
- Knowledge of golf etiquette and course safety regulations is advantageous
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- A valid management or hospitality qualification is preferred but not essential
