Job Title: Reception & Administration Team Member
Location: Minehead, Somerset
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent, Monday – Friday, 9am to 5pm

About the Role
We are looking for a welcoming, proactive, and highly organised Reception & Admin Team Member to be the friendly face of our busy Independent Financial Advisers Office. You will act as the central point of contact, ensuring that clients, visitors, and callers receive an exceptional first impression and seamless administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Front of House: Greet visitors/clients, assisting clients with queries and when dropping off documentation.
- Communication: Handle incoming calls, manage emails, and deal with inquiries efficiently and compassionately.
- Administration: Assist the wider team with daily office tasks, including data entry, filing, scheduling, and processing paperwork.
- Customer Service: Address client queries, book appointments, prepare for client meetings.
- Facilities Support: Ensure the office kitchen is stocked and you will be required to purchase and collect items using the petty cash system.
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or office administration is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear, polite telephone manner.
- Proficiency in IT, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and remain calm under pressure.
- A friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanour.
