Job Summary:
As a Support Worker at Kathrey Homes, you will play a crucial role in providing care and assistance to vulnerable children in our home setting. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the well-being and safety of the children by offering support tailored to their individual needs.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of medications as prescribed for the children
- Possess first aid skills to respond promptly to any medical emergencies
- Deliver compassionate care and emotional support to children in need
- Collaborate with nurses and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for the children
- Support childcare activities and engage children in recreational and educational programs
- Uphold high standards of patient care and advocate for the well-being of each child
Qualifications:
- Must Drive (please do not apply if you can not drive)
- Strong communication skills and empathy towards vulnerable populations
