Job Summary
We are looking front of house staff to join our cool, new cafe opening in BT7. Great working environment with great opening hours, working no later than 4pm each day.
Duties
- Greet customers
- Take orders and serve food and beverages
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area
- Handle customer enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly
- Support barista duties, including preparing specialised coffee drinks where applicable
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and hygiene regulations
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Restock supplies as needed to maintain a fully operational service environment
Requirements
- Previous experience in catering, serving, or hospitality roles is desirable
- Knowledge of food safety procedures and standards
- Experience in food preparation or restaurant service is advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work during peak hours, including weekends if necessary
- Barista experience is a plus but not essential
- A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
