This opportunity is for a Day Concierge, a motivated, passionate and dynamic individual to guide and support our residents in their journey through their Homelessness Pathway in our Lifehouse, Howard House, Newport, Isle of Wight.
Key Responsibilities: This role is rewarding, inspirational and pivotal in ensuring our vision for high quality, outcome focused support services is delivered, in which client choice and control is clear. The successful candidate will carry out reception and administration duties, data entry, monitoring of resident rent, cleaning duties, building and Health & Safety checks and observe the welfare & wellbeing of the residents. You are the first point of contact for everyone coming into our Lifehouse and can create and influence a positive environment.
You will have:

Good verbal and written communication skills

A positive attitude and motivation towards supporting our residents

Good planning, organisation, record management and time management skills

Previous experience of successfully using of Microsoft Office, email programmes and databases

Excellent customer service skills

A good understanding of health and safety
