The Role
As a Customer Service & Counter Team Member, you'll play a key role in delivering the high standards that our customers have come to expect from Hennighan's.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Taking customer orders in both our takeaway and restaurant areas
- Serving and presenting food to company standards
- Boxing takeaway and online orders accurately and efficiently
- Assisting with basic kitchen preparation, including sauces and salad preparation
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout customer and kitchen areas
- Following food hygiene and health & safety procedures
- Maintaining excellent personal presentation and uniform standards
- Providing friendly, professional and efficient customer service at all times
What We're Looking For

- Are willing to learn and develop new skills
- Can work flexibly across daytime, evening and weekend shifts
Previous hospitality, catering or retail experience would be beneficial, but full training will be provided for the right candidates.
Hours
- 10–30 hours per week
- Daytime, evening and weekend shifts available
- Fixed 3-week rota pattern
- Flexible contracts available depending on availability and business needs
Pay & Benefits
- £12.71–£13.73 per hour depending on experience
- Tips in addition to hourly pay
