Salary: Up to £45,000 DOE + Profit Related Pay + Future Commission Scheme

Our client is a well-established and growing specialist contractor delivering high-quality projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an Estimator to join their team at their Warwickshire headquarters.
Whilst experience estimating within large commercial construction projects would be highly advantageous, we're also keen to hear from candidates with estimating experience from other industries who can demonstrate strong commercial awareness, excellent attention to detail and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.

This is much more than simply producing quotations – you'll become a trusted point of contact for customers and play an important role throughout the sales process.
The Role
- Produce accurate quotations and estimates for customer projects.
- Review specifications, drawings and tender documentation.
- Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to obtain accurate costings.
- Build strong relationships with customers throughout the estimating process.
- Follow up quotations and help convert opportunities into successful orders.
- Support the wider sales team with technical and commercial information.
- As your experience develops, attend customer sites to survey projects and discuss requirements.
- Maintain accurate estimating records and documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in an Estimator, Cost Estimator, Technical Estimator or similar role.
- Experience within commercial construction would be ideal, but candidates from other industries with transferable estimating experience are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Commercially minded with a proactive approach.
- Able to interpret drawings and technical information (advantageous).
- Confident using Microsoft Office and estimating software.
- Full UK Driving Licence.

- 8:00am – 4:00pm
- 8:30am – 4:30pm
