We are looking for an experienced and passionate Hospitality Manager to join our team.
Job duties and responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the takeaway operation
- Ensure guest satisfaction
- Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints
- Manage and lead staff
- Manage restaurant supplies and all FOH ordering
- Control costs and minimise waste
- Nurture a positive working environment
Job description: Job requirements and qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a hospitality supervisor, manager or similar role
- Team player
- Good time-management skills
- Great interpersonal and communication skill
- Full UK driving license essential
