We are looking for an experienced cook/chef to join our friendly team. We are a small but extremely busy cafe and store in Kemptown. The position would suit someone who wants to be part of a small team but is also happy to work on their own. The rota would be 6 to 8 hour shifts 2-3 days a week including weekends .
If you are tidy, efficient, love food and have brilliant attention to detail then this job is for you . You should have at least 2 years of experience in busy kitchen and hold minimum of level 2 health and hygiene.

Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
